How long does it take to process my order?
  • Once your payment reflects in our bank account, you order will be processed. Proof of payment is not required.

 
Where can I ship my order to?
  • We can ship to any address in South Africa. At present, however, due to excessive shipment charges, we don't ship overseas at the moment.

 
How much does it cost to ship my order?
  • Shipping fee to major areas R99 (up to 5kg with a max parcel size of 35cm x 45cm).  Lead time 2-3 working days.

  • Special dedicated trips e.g. Mines, Power Stations, Plots/Farms, Military Bases, Game Lodges, Ports/Harbours, Embassies and Consulates will incur additional charges. In this instance, you will be contacted prior to delivery.

 

Can I track my order?
  • We make use of Aramex to ship orders. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders can be tracked on www.aramex.co.za.

What do I do if there is a problem with the order I placed?

  • Oops! Something went wrong! Kindly email info@creativelyaddicted.com with the following information:

    • ​Order number

    • Description of the problem you are experiencing

    • You will receive a reply within 2 working days.

Can I return my order?
  • No returns or exchanges, but please contact us via email at info@creativelyaddicted.com if you have any problems with your order.

How secure is my online purchase?
  • We make use of YOCO to securely process all payment transactions. All transactions on YOCO Gateway are protected by advanced 3D-Secure technology.
