• Cutters are NOT dishwasher safe as high temperatures may lead to warping.
• Hand wash only in warm soapy water.
• Do not leave the cutter to soak in water.
• Avoid leaving your cutter in direct sunlight as this may warp the cutter.

Ensure surface of counter is well coated with flour or icing and that the dough can freely move around on the counter before cutting. This allows for a cleaner cutting edge.
Coat the cutters generously with flour or icing sugar before cutting the dough to allow for easier releasing of the dough.
Use a thin knife or spatula to lift the cookie off the counter and transfer to baking sheet.
